Nicole is now a 16-year-old girl that loves to live life to its fullest. She has taken Dance lessons since she was 4, and Tae Kwon Do Since age 5. Before her illness, Nicole was the highest-ranking female child at her Tae Kwon Do School. She had captured 1st place in a tournament only a few months before becoming ill.

Nicole is a natural athlete. She plays Varsity softball and basketball.
She loves music. She plays the Saxophone for her high school band

While some things had to be put on hold while undergoing treatment, you can't keep Nicole down. As soon as it is physically possible, she demands that her activities continue.

This year Nicole took Part in Marching band. It was a lot of work, but she loved it.
 

This past summer Nicole played Softball for the Wayne Wildcats Traveling team. She made up for lost time.
